-          Lunar New Year Performances

1.    Lunar New Year Performances

Some items of note…

We are sending the Principal’s Message a day early, as a reminder that Friday (tomorrow) is our Lunar New Year Performances for all K-6 students at Marion Carson School. We would like to thank the many volunteers that have supported the residency to this point and those that have volunteered their upcoming time throughout the performances.

A few final notes for the Friday, January 23, 2026 Lunar New Year Performances

-          Students and parents will enter from the West main door entrance.

-          Please ensure that performing children arrive 15 minutes before their respective performance begins. We will be letting children in first and ask them to go straight to their class. Once children are in, parents will be invited into the building.

-          If your child needs help getting to their class, we ask that you wait with them in line until adults enter the building.

-          If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, we ask that you line up along the sidewalk towards Varsity Drive.

-          If you have children performing in both evening shows, you are welcome to stay in the building in between shows, but will be asked to leave the gym with your items as we reset for the next performance, and wait in front of the main office.

-          Please note that the 4pm guests will be asked to exit from the East Doors. This may help with your planning for parking for the evening.

-          We ask that guests please avoid trying to park in the staff parking lot.
