1. School Student-Led Conferences – March 19, 2026
We look forward to hosting families at our Student-Led Conferences this Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 4:30pm – 7:30pm.
Sign-up for a 30-minute time slot using the school conference manager under the Book and Manage Meetings Times icon found within their MyCBE account. The Conference Manager System will open tomorrow (Saturday, March 14) at 10am for bookings and will close Thursday, March 19 at 3pm.
*Parents of Grade 6 Students: We ask that you please sign-up for a student-led conference between 4:30pm-5:30pm, or 6:30pm-7:30pm, with plans on attending the mandatory Camp Chief Hector Parent Meeting occurring from 5:45pm-6:30pm.
2. School Class Photos - Redo
Class photo day is happening on March 19. Please note that all K-6 classrooms will have their whole class group photo taken on this day, lead by Lifetouch management, except for Monday/Wednesday Mandarin Bilingual Kindergarten whose photos will arrive in short order.

Monthly School Council/Parent Association Meeting:
Last call to submit questions for School Board Trustee, Jenny Regal who will be attending our next School Council and Parent Association Meeting on March 17th. Please email your questions to mcschoolcouncil@gmail.com by March 15.
Marion Carson School 5km Fun Run / Walk:
Have you registered yet? Registration for our 2nd annual Marion Carson Fun Run / Walk is now open. This year, event will take place on the morning of Saturday May 2, 2026. Register between now and March 31 to be entered in the early bird draw. Invite your family and friends as this event is open to everyone.
