Homeroom Class Photo Day

A reminder that our homeroom class photos will be taking place on January 22, 2025 for Mandarin Bilingual M/W Kindergarten and January 23, 2025 for all other K-6 students.

Spirit Day (Dress as Your Favourite Book Character) – January 24, 2025

What’s your favourite book? Student leadership is inviting all students to come to school dressed up as their favourite book character on January 24, 2025. Please keep masks and toy weapons at home. Please ensure the costume is appropriate for all age levels within the school.

Lunar New Year Residency and After School Celebration

Whole School Lunar New Year Multi-Cultural Residency and Performance.

-        Lunar New Year Residency is from Feb. 3 to 7, 2025.

-        Lunar New Year Performance is Feb 7, 2025 (see schedule here)

When is my child’s performance?

February 7^th 4pm Performing Classrooms - Doors will open at 3:30pm. Students should arrive no later than 3:45pm

*Families are also welcome to choose to come to the dress rehearsal for this group instead of the evening performance starting at 10:00am (doors open at 9:50am)

A Message from School Council and Parent Association

Bottle Drive - January 18, 2025 from 10:00am to 2:00pm

Marion Carson at Matador Pizza Night - January 30, 2025

Matador’s Pizza has offered to allow us to host a Pizza fundraiser in support of our Marion Carson Parent Association (MCPA). $5 from every pizza will come back to the school! This is for dine in and take out. Tell your neighbors and friends have some Matador’s pizza on January 30^th, 2025.

Marion Carson Silent Auction Fundraiser – February 7-10, 2025 (11:59pm)
