Some items of note…
1. Volunteer Appreciation
We would like to thank all parents/guardians who have volunteered this year in support of our school’s on-site and off-site activities. The students and staff have been working on a special token of appreciation for each volunteer. These are being sent home today with the students of these identified volunteers. Thank you very much to everyone who was able to volunteer throughout this year and support the Marion Carson School Community. We appreciate you.
2. School Fees – Fee Letters Coming Home Early Next Week
We would like to thank all families who went into their MyCBE Account since my last weekly message and paid their school fees. With one month to go in the school year, we will be sending home letters to families early next week (Monday and Tuesday) stating the current fees on their account that require payment before the end of the school year.
With some field trips continuing to occur in June, some fees may continue to be added for some students/classrooms. Families will continue to be notified as applicable when new fees are added. Please check MyCBE regularly through to the end of the year to ensure that your payments are up to date. We thank you for your prompt payment, as we finalize our payments to field trip providers and begin our planning for activities for the next school year.
3. Transportation Registration for 2026-27 School Year
Be sure to have registered for yellow school bus service for the 2026-27 school year, if applicable to your family). To ensure service is in place for the first day of classes, registration must be received by Sunday, June 14. Registrations submitted after this date will be accepted; however, access to bus routes may be delayed. Register through your MyCBE Account
